The INTRA-LOK® mounting system uses the taper lock principle; a tapered locking screw interfaces with an angled V-groove on the underside of the barrel. This perfectly times the compensator as it locks down onto the upper barrel profile on the muzzle end of the barrel. INTRA-LOK® allows the user to simply slide the compensator over the barrel, insert and tighten the locking screw, making for a simple and repeatable installation process. This system allows the user to easily remove the barrel from the slide for cleaning. Der AFTERBURNER™ Kompensator wird aus rostfreiem Stahl gefertigt, während der RAMJET™ Lauf aus gehärtetem 416R SS besteht; beide sind mit einer Radianite™ Beschichtung versehen. Innovatives INTRA-LOK® Montagesystem
Das INTRA-LOK® Montagesystem nutzt das Prinzip des konischen Verriegelns; eine konisch geformte Schraube verbindet sich mit einer schrägen V-Rille an der Unterseite des Laufs. Dies sorgt dafür, dass der Kompensator perfekt auf das obere Laufprofil am Mündungsende des Laufs abgestimmt ist.
Mit INTRA-LOK® kannst du den Kompensator einfach über den Lauf schieben, die Verriegelungsschraube einsetzen und anziehen, was einen einfachen und wiederholbaren Installationsprozess ermöglicht. Dieses System erlaubt es dir, den Lauf einfach vom Schlitten zur Reinigung zu entfernen.
