SUPERLATIVE ARMS LLC AR-15 ADJUSTABLE PISTON SYSTEM W/0.625" GAS BLOCK RIGHT HAND The Superlative Arms Patented Bleed Off® Mode, gas piston system for the AR-15 platform adjusts the gas flow by bleeding the gas out the front of the block instead of restricting the flow like conventional adjustable blocks. RESULTS: The pressure used in the block is reduced only to the amount required to drive the bolt carrier. The remaining gas and pressure are bled out of the block allowing the system to run much cleaner and cooler. Reduction of wear on the bolt carrier group components and upper receiver. Reduction of felt recoil allowing for faster follow-up shots. Patented adjustment detent is located outside of the block and therefore no contamination. In Bleed Off Mode the gas adjustment screw does not restrict the gas flow; therefore, there is no erosion or seizing of the screw, and no loss of detent due to carbon build up. Although it is removable, we have added a safety mechanism, which stops you from unintentionally backing the screw all the way out. When using SBR’s and/or suppressors the Bleed Off port allows the excessive pressure to be exhausted out of the block reducing blow back. NOTE: The Superlative Arms Piston Kit does not come with a Bolt Assembly (bolt, cam pin, firing pin, or firing pin retainer). Bolt Assembly sold separately. Das patentierte Bleed Off® Mode Gas-Piston-System von Superlative Arms ermöglicht eine Anpassung des Gasflusses, indem das Gas an der Vorderseite des Blocks abgelassen wird, anstatt den Fluss wie herkömmliche einstellbare Blöcke zu beschränken.
Ergebnisse:
- Der Druck im Block wird nur auf das erforderliche Minimum reduziert, um den Bolt Carrier anzutreiben.
- Das verbleibende Gas und der Druck werden aus dem Block abgelassen, wodurch das System deutlich sauberer und kühler läuft.
- Weniger Verschleiß an den Komponenten der Bolt Carrier Group und dem oberen Empfänger.
- Reduzierung des fühlbaren Rückstoßes, was schnellere Nachfolgeschüsse ermöglicht.
- Der patentierte Einstellungsdetent befindet sich außerhalb des Blocks, wodurch eine Kontamination ausgeschlossen ist.
Im Bleed Off Mode schränkt die Gaseinstellungsschraube den Gasfluss nicht ein; somit gibt es keine Erosion oder Festfressen der Schraube und keinen Verlust des Detents durch Kohlenstoffablagerungen. Obwohl die Schraube abnehmbar ist, haben wir einen Sicherheitsmechanismus hinzugefügt, der verhindert, dass du die Schraube versehentlich ganz herausdrehst.
Bei der Verwendung von SBRs und/oder Schalldämpfern ermöglicht der Bleed Off Port das Ablassen des übermäßigen Drucks aus dem Block, wodurch der Rückstoß reduziert wird.
