Dovetail Technology for Atlas and Harris Bipods
The Area 419 Arcalock Clamp for the Atlas and Harris Bipods feature a proprietary two-stage screw design. This clamp works on all standard Arca/1.5” Dovetail Rails. The clamping screw features two different thread pitches. The coarse 16tpi is used when no tension is on clamp, allowing rapid movement of the clamp vs others on the market. With high speed comes low torque though, so to counteract this as soon as the clamp sees tension it will switch to the 32tpi threads in the knob to give you extra torque when not using on an ARCALOCK rail. Clamp and knob machined in house from 6061-T6 Aluminum Screw is turned from 303 Stainless Steel Type III Hardcoat Black anodized clamp and Gold anodized knob A 1/4 turn releases the clamp from the detents on the ARCALOCK rail for movement. One turn releases clamp to be removed from rail. The clamp directly bolts to Atlas Bipods using their factory hardware. The barricade stop can either be standalone on the clamp using provided hardware, or sandwiched between an Atlas bipod (Barricade stop does not work with Harris Bipods). The clamp is backwards compatible with standard ARCA rails by removing the two pins, and will still work this way to give you infinite sliding adjustment on the ARCALOCK rail. Moving side of clamp is dovetailed on both sides to prevent tilt.

Herstellerproduktnummer: 419ALKCLAMP 853675008860 Die Area 419 Arcalock-Klemme für die Bipods von Atlas und Harris verfügt über ein proprietäres zweistufiges Schraubendesign. Diese Klemme funktioniert auf allen gängigen Arca / 1,5-Zoll-Schwalbenschwanzschienen. Die Klemmschraube verfügt über zwei verschiedene Gewindesteigungen. Der grobe 16tpi wird verwendet, wenn keine Spannung an der Klemme anliegt, was eine schnelle Bewegung der Klemme im Vergleich zu anderen auf dem Markt ermöglicht. Bei hohen Drehzahlen ist das Drehmoment jedoch gering. Um dem entgegenzuwirken, schaltet die Klemme auf die 32-tpi-Gewinde im Knopf um, um ein zusätzliches Drehmoment zu erzielen, wenn Sie keine ARCALOCK-Schiene verwenden. Klemme und Knauf aus 6061-T6 Aluminium In Eigenregie gefertigte Schraube aus 303 rostfreiem Stahl, Typ III, schwarz eloxierte Klemme und gold eloxierter Knauf Eine 1/4 Umdrehung löst die Klemme aus den Arretierungen an der ARCALOCK-Schiene. Eine Umdrehung löst die Klemme, die von der Schiene entfernt werden soll. Die Klemme wird mit der werkseitigen Hardware direkt an Atlas-Zweibeine angeschraubt. Der Barrikadenstopp kann entweder mithilfe der mitgelieferten Hardware eigenständig an der Klemme angebracht oder zwischen einem Atlas-Zweibein eingeklemmt werden (Barrikadenstopp funktioniert nicht mit Harris-Zweibeinen). Durch Entfernen der beiden Stifte ist die Klemme rückwärtskompatibel mit Standard-ARCA-Schienen. Auf diese Weise können Sie die ARCALOCK-Schiene stufenlos verschieben. Die bewegliche Seite der Klammer ist beidseitig verzahnt, um ein Verkanten zu verhindern.
