Assembled from All New Components – Fits Standard AR-15 Lowers The BRN-4 Upper Receiver is now available as an Assembled Upper, with Barrel and Gas System installed. Simply add your preferred HK® 416 compatible handguard and any 1/2-28 muzzle device, and you’re ready to hit the range! Built from the ground up, the core of the BRN-4 Upper Receiver is an all new Bolt Carrier Group, featuring a slick nitride finish. The new BRN-4 barrel, produced by Faxon, is available in a variety of profiles and lengths to suit your needs. Barrels are chambered 5.56x45mm NATO, are button rifled with a 1-7 twist, 1/2-28 muzzle and come with the appropriate gas block for a given barrel length. Gas blocks are vented forward, to reduce gas sent rearward into the system. Barrels are available in a medium or heavy profile. The heavy profile ensures a rigid and robust platform for precision shooting. The medium profile balances the desire to have a lighter piston configuration, while still having plenty of barrel material to prevent drifting of grouping as the barrel heats. The upper receiver utilized in this assembly is made completely new, from billet, to mirror the profiles commonly found on forged upper receivers. The impressively machined upper is finished with matte black hard coat anodizing. The proper piston bushing is installed to eliminate any piston wear on the aluminum part. The BRN-4 features much longer barrel nut threads, engaging the barrel extension over a much larger surface area than a standard AR-15. This ensure that the barrel is rigidly mounted with the pre-installed barrel nut. Upper accepts any aftermarket AR-15 charging handle, forward assist or ejection port cover. Handguard installation is extremely simple, just slide handguard over the barrel and tighten one bolt. Be sure to follow any specific instructions advised by the manufacturer. Muzzle devices installation is also straightforward, as the barrel is 1/2-28 and the BRN-4 upper is compatible with common upper receiver “rods” and jigs. Any AR-15 1/2-28 muzzle device will be compatible. ALL NFA RULES APPLY.

Herstellerproduktnummer: BRN-4-14.5-UPPE 050806500617 Zusammengebaut aus völlig neuen Komponenten – passend für Standard-AR-15-Unterrohre. Der obere BRN-4-Empfänger ist jetzt als zusammengebautes Oberrohr mit installiertem Lauf und Gassystem erhältlich. Fügen Sie einfach Ihren bevorzugten HK® 416-kompatiblen Handschutz und ein beliebiges 1/2-28-Mündungsgerät hinzu, und schon kann es losgehen! Der Kern des BRN-4 Upper Receivers wurde von Grund auf neu entwickelt und ist eine völlig neue Bolt Carrier Group mit einem glatten Nitrid-Finish. Der neue BRN-4-Lauf von Faxon ist je nach Bedarf in verschiedenen Profilen und Längen erhältlich. Die Läufe haben ein NATO-Kaliber von 5,56 x 45 mm, sind knopfgezogen mit 1-7 Drehung, 1/2-28 Mündung und werden mit dem passenden Gasblock für eine bestimmte Lauflänge geliefert. Gasblöcke werden nach vorne entlüftet, um den Gasausstoß nach hinten in das System zu reduzieren. Fässer sind in mittlerem oder schwerem Profil erhältlich. Das schwere Profil sorgt für eine starre und robuste Plattform für präzises Schießen. Das mittlere Profil gleicht den Wunsch nach einer leichteren Kolbenkonfiguration aus und verfügt gleichzeitig über ausreichend Laufmaterial, um ein Abdriften der Gruppierung beim Erhitzen des Laufs zu verhindern. Der in dieser Baugruppe verwendete obere Empfänger ist völlig neu aus Billet gefertigt und spiegelt die Profile wider, die üblicherweise bei geschmiedeten oberen Empfängern zu finden sind. Das eindrucksvoll bearbeitete Obermaterial ist mit einer mattschwarzen Harteloxierung versehen. Um jeglichen Kolbenverschleiß am Aluminiumteil zu vermeiden, wird die richtige Kolbenbuchse eingebaut. Der BRN-4 verfügt über viel längere Laufmuttergewinde und greift über eine viel größere Fläche in die Laufverlängerung ein als ein Standard-AR-15. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass der Lauf mit der vorinstallierten Laufmutter fest montiert ist. Die Oberseite ist für alle Aftermarket-AR-15-Ladegriffe, Vorwärtshilfen oder Auswurföffnungsabdeckungen geeignet. Die Installation des Handschutzes ist äußerst einfach: Schieben Sie den Handschutz einfach über den Lauf und ziehen Sie eine Schraube fest. Befolgen Sie unbedingt alle spezifischen Anweisungen des Herstellers.Auch die Installation der Mündungsvorrichtungen ist unkompliziert, da der Lauf 1/2-28 groß ist und das BRN-4-Oberteil mit gängigen oberen Aufnahmestangen und Vorrichtungen kompatibel ist. Jedes AR-15 1/2-28 Mündungsgerät ist kompatibel. Es gelten alle NFA-Regeln.
