Der M76 Handguard verfügt über das Wedgelock Barrel Nut Befestigungssystem, das zu den haltbarsten auf dem Markt zählt. Außerdem bietet er 45° M-LOK Slots an der Vorderseite für weitere Licht- und Zubehörmontagemöglichkeiten.
Der Oberreceiver besteht aus 7075-T6 Aluminium Cerra und ist in Typ III Klasse 2 Hartbeschichtungsanodisierung in Schwarz gehalten. Er kommt mit einem Forward Assist und einem Staubschutzdeckel, die bereits montiert sind, sowie einem SOLGW BCG und einem Radian Raptor beidhändigen Ladegriff. Im Inneren des Receivers wurde ein Trockenschmierfilm aufgetragen, um die Reibung mit dem Bolzenführungsbereich zu verringern und eine reibungslose Funktion zu gewährleisten.
Der Lower Receiver ist mit Aftermarket-Möbeln wie dem B5 Systems Carbine Stock und dem Magpul MOE Pistolengriff ausgestattet, um eine bessere Ergonomie als bei Standard-Mil-Spec-Ausrüstung zu bieten.
