This is the classic Hogue rubber boot grip that has taken the sting out of shooting J-frames for generations - but now it packs a built-in red aiming laser. For serious techies, it’s a 630-670nm <5mW Class 3R red laser. For the rest of us, it’s a simple, ultra-reliable, supremely instinctive way to land your shots on target - fast. You can easily set your Hogue LE grips’ laser to one of three output modes: steady, flashing (twice per second), and "stealth." Stealth mode emits 3 quick flashes each time you press the control button; hold it down to automatically switch into steady mode. There are also 4 brightness levels, to match the ambient light you expect to be operating in: 100%, 80%, 60% and 40%. You’ll forget about the laser until your hand settles in its natural position and the laser automatically turns on. Except for a small protrusion along the side of your Smith’s frame (just ahead of the grip), the Hogue LE grip is no bulkier than a standard grip. Dies ist der klassische Hogue Gummigriff, der den Schmerz beim Schießen mit J-Frames seit Generationen gemildert hat – jetzt jedoch mit einem integrierten roten Ziellaser.
Für die Technikbegeisterten unter euch: Es handelt sich um einen 630-670nm <5mW Klasse 3R roten Laser. Für den Rest von uns ist es eine einfache, ultra zuverlässige und äußerst intuitive Möglichkeit, deine Schüsse schnell ins Ziel zu bringen. Du kannst den Laser der Hogue LE Griffe ganz einfach auf einen von drei Ausgabemodi einstellen: konstant, blinkend (zweimal pro Sekunde) und "Stealth". Im Stealth-Modus gibt es drei schnelle Blitze jedes Mal, wenn du die Steuerungstaste drückst; halte sie gedrückt, um automatisch in den konstanten Modus zu wechseln. Es gibt auch vier Helligkeitsstufen, um sich an das Umgebungslicht anzupassen, in dem du dich erwartest: 100%, 80%, 60% und 40%.

Natürlich ist der LE-Griff ein Hogue, also passt er wie angegossen in deine Hand. Du wirst den Laser vergessen, bis deine Hand in ihrer natürlichen Position ruht und der Laser automatisch aktiviert wird. Abgesehen von einem kleinen Vorsprung entlang der Seite des Rahmens deiner Smith (direkt vor dem Griff) ist der Hogue LE-Griff nicht voluminöser als ein Standardgriff.
