Every Tikka Shooter knows Tikka makes an excellent rifle system and the CTR has been no exception.  Since the launch of the CTR, Tikka has increased its sales and market share substantially.  What’s not to like about an affordable rifle that comes from the factory set up to accept a muzzle device, decent optic rail, and 10 round capacity?  Except the magazines….   Those magazines are EXPENSIVE!  On top of that, availability is a major issue. Here’s the solution.  A drop-in bottom metal that converts your CTR to accept industry standard AICS and AICS clone magazines.  AICS compatible magazines are available from vendors worldwide.   The Mountain Tactical AICS Conversion Kit for the CTR has a large, beveled magazine well designed to make mag changes quick and effortless.  The magazine well allows for positive engagement with the action when the mag catch is secure and releases the magazine to fall free from the rifle once the mag catch is pressed. The ergonomic mag catch has no sharp edges that could snag on clothing or gear.   A barricade stop is machined onto the front of the magazine well creating a secure point to hold the rifle system steady without compromising the reliability of feeding the next round into the chamber. The trigger guard is enlarged to facilitate gloved hands without compromising safety. An additional benefit of this bottom metal is the fact that it simplifies the conversion of any Tikka rifle to accept AICS compatible magazines.  Since we are utilizing an OEM factory inlet, you can purchase any aftermarket stock inlet for the CTR and this bottom metal will drop in to convert your standard T3 or T3x rifle to accept AICS magazines.  No gunsmithing or special inletting required! It is possible to modify an existing T3 or T3x stock to accept this bottom metal.  A competent gunsmith can relieve the material from your stock to allow this bottom metal to be installed.  Magazine Compatibility: Drop-In – All known metal AICS and AICS Clones Need modification – Magpul Pmags and AICS 223 polymer magazines (material outside the feed lips must be removed) Specifications: Mag Catch Material – Stainless Steel Mag Catch Finish – Mill Finish Bottom Metal Body – 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum Bottom Metal Finish –Mil-Spec Hard Anodized

Seit dem Start der CTR hat Tikka seinen Umsatz und Marktanteil erheblich gesteigert. Was mag man nicht an einem erschwinglichen Gewehr, das ab Werk für eine Mündungsvorrichtung, eine anständige Optikschiene und eine Kapazität von 10 Schuss ausgelegt ist? Außer den Zeitschriften…. Diese Magazine sind teuer! Darüber hinaus ist die Verfügbarkeit ein wichtiges Thema. Hier ist die Lösung. Ein Drop-In-Bodenmetall, das Ihre Klickrate in branchenübliche AICS- und AICS-Klonmagazine umwandelt. AICS-kompatible Magazine sind weltweit bei Anbietern erhältlich. Das Mountain Tactical AICS-Umrüstkit für die CTR verfügt über ein großes, abgeschrägtes Magazin, mit dem sich die Magazine schnell und mühelos ändern lassen. Der Magazinschacht ermöglicht ein positives Eingreifen in die Aktion, wenn der Mag-Verschluss sicher ist, und gibt das Magazin frei, um vom Gewehr zu fallen, sobald der Mag-Verschluss gedrückt wird. Der ergonomische Magazinverschluss hat keine scharfen Kanten, die sich an Kleidung oder Ausrüstung verfangen könnten. Ein Barrikadenstopp ist an der Vorderseite des Magazinschachts angebracht, wodurch ein sicherer Punkt geschaffen wird, um das Gewehrsystem ruhig zu halten, ohne die Zuverlässigkeit der Zuführung der nächsten Runde in die Kammer zu beeinträchtigen. Der Abzugsbügel ist vergrößert, um behandschuhte Hände zu erleichtern, ohne die Sicherheit zu beeinträchtigen. Da wir einen OEM-Werkseinlass verwenden, können Sie einen beliebigen Aftermarket-Lagereinlass für die CTR erwerben.
